Establishement

Established in Oct 2020, lab of 3L （Zhongshan) Electonic Ltd covers an area of 220 square meters. The lab is in charge by 3L QA Dept, and it provides different types of test service for the developement and production of 3L inductor, coil and transformer.

On Feb 25th 2019, with approval of legal entity of 3L (Zhongshan) Electronic Ltd, 3L lab was established officially as the first-party lab within enterprise. 3L lab implements independant management, and publishes system documents according to CNAS-CL01 Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories and Application of CNAS-CL01 Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.3L lab also exercises ISO:IEC 17025:2017 system.

On Aug 17th 2020, 3L lab was recognized by CNAS China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment. Currently there are three people in 3L having authority to approve the CNAS test. More than 20 test items are accredited.

Equipment and facilities

3L lab is divided into No.1 test room, No.2 test room, electrical characteristics testing area, mechanical stress testing area, corrosion testing area, reflowing area and document store, which are seperated individually. 3L perform continuous monitor on environmental factor, such as energy, lighting, temperature and humdity, daily routine, safty and air. Within the lab, there are more than 50 pieces of testing equipment , among which environmental temperature chamber takes up 20 piece, which mechanical stress testing machine takes up 3 pieces and testing measurment tool takes up around 30 pieces. All test equipment and device is standardized and adjusted by external agent.
